Taken together, we have more than half a century of safari and worldwide guiding experience, and we are understandably proud of our reputation for excellence. Our specialty is small-group safaris and climbs designed for adventure-minded photographers, climbers, trekkers and natural history buffs who, like ourselves, appreciate the spectacle of African wildlife and the awe-inspiring vistas of the Dark Continent.
Our premier game-viewing photographic safaris feature Africa's most exclusive tented camps and private bush lodges. Our emphasis on "quality time in quality places" assures that our clients, a maximum of twelve per departure, will see more wildlife life, particularly the big cats, up close with us than they would on virtually any other safari of comparable length. For us, conducting quality safaris is far more than a profession: it is a passion!
Similarly, our scheduled climbs are restricted to a maximum of eight participants to ensure that the highest level of safety, attention to detail and personal service are maintained. Our knowledge of Kilimanjaro and its various trekking routes has helped hundreds of our clients reach the summit. Further, the service and accommodations that we provide before, during and after the climb are truly second to none.

All of our premier, escorted safaris and climbs are led by our own naturalist guides. Robert Cooper and Jon Perica both hold Master's Degrees and are accomplished photographers. Robert is particularly well known both as a safari specialist and for his exquisite wildlife photographs and slide-lecture presentations. Shaun Rossberg has climbed Kilimanjaro using all three of the trekking routes to the summit and six of the lower trekking routes and has escorted many safaris into the African bush both in vehicles and on foot. Robert has climbed Kilimanjaro several times and in addition to Kilimanjaro, he has led major climbing expeditions to the summits of many of the world's highest peaks on five continents, including Denali (McKinley) and Cerro Aconcagua. Jaymes Anderson has climbed both the Machamé and Marangu trails. Collectively, they have conducted well over 600 safaris, climbs, expeditions, and natural history tours on seven continents for colleges, university alumni, affinity groups, documentary filmmakers, celebrities, and our own valued clientele. Many of our safaris and climbs are co-led by two of our naturalist-guides.
