This Set-Departure Safari offers
Game-drive out and fly back from the Serengeti, staying at selected
Permanent Tented Camps and lodges en-route in Tarangire National
Park, Lake Manyara and the Ngorongoro.
This safari runs during the season when many people's favorite park, the majestic Tarangire, is at its best and vast herds of elephant can be seen bathing in the river. Opportunities for optional guided nature walks and night game-drives along the way.
Day 1 (Monday)
At 2pm, depart Arusha to Meserani Snake Park. Continue on to Tamarind
Camp. Optional nature walks along the boundary of Tarangire National
Park. Overnight at Tamarind Camp. (D)
Day 2 (Tuesday)
Tarangire game drives. Dinner/overnight Tamarind Camp. Optional
night game drives. (FB)
Day 3 (Wednesday)
Morning game viewing in Tarangire. Drive to Kirurumu Tented Lodge.
Guided ethno-botanical nature walk with Maasai Guide. Dinner and
overnight Kirurumu Tented Lodge. (FB)
Day 4 (Thursday)
Morning game drives in Lake Manyara NP. Overnight at Ngorongoro
SOPA Lodge. (FB)
Day 5 (Friday)
Full day tour of the Ngorongoro Crater. Overnight Ngorongoro SOPA

Day 6 (Saturday)
Stop at Olduvai Gorge. Game-drive on to Ndutu Safari Lodge for
Dinner and overnight. (FB)
Day 7 (Sunday)
Serengeti game drives. Dinner and overnight Ndutu Safari Lodge.

Day 8 (Monday)
Fly back to Arusha. Transfer for shopping, browsing and lunch,
and then make connection with onward arrangements. (BL)

While this itinerary will be based upon the lodges listed above, in the event that the named lodges are not available, alternative lodges of similar quality will be substituted.
