out and fly back from the Serengeti, staying at selected lodges
en route in Arusha, Lake Manyara and the Ngorongoro Crater.
This safari runs during
the season of plenty. The Serengeti's fertile short grass plains
provide rich pasture for the vast herds of migrating wildebeest
and zebra, and the predators abound. This spectacle is a wonder
to behold-indeed, Africa at its best.
Day 1 (Tuesday)
Lunch at Mountain Village Lodge. Afternoon game-drive in Arusha
National Park. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge. (LD)
Day 2 (Wednesday)
Drive through the village of Mto wa Mbu for lunch at Kirurumu
Tented Lodge. Afternoon game-drives in Lake Manyara National Park.
Dinner and overnight Kirurumu Tented Lodge. (FB)
Day 3 (Thursday)
Drive to Ngorongoro Serena Lodge for lunch. Afternoon tour of
Ngorongoro Crater. Dinner and overnight Ngorongoro Serena Lodge.

Day 4 (Friday)
Dawn game-drive in Ngorongoro Crater to see the animal activity
at this time. Drive to Olduvai Gorge for picnic lunch. Game-drive
to Ndutu Safari Lodge for Dinner and overnight. (FB)
Days 5
& 6 (Sat.
& Sun.)
Serengeti game-drives. Dinner and overnight Serengeti Serena Lodge.

Day 7 (Monday)
Fly back to Arusha and transfer to Mountain Village Lodge for
dinner and overnight. (FB)
Day 8 (Tuesday)
Transfer to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport to connect
with onward arrangements. (B)
The above itineraries include all meals, all park fees, accommodation, meals & transport. Itineraries exclude gratuities, drinks, laundry, airport departure taxes & optional night game drives. While this itinerary will be based upon the lodges listed above, in the event that the named lodges are not available, alternative lodges of similar quality will be substituted.
